What do you do?
EECS is a new cost saving alternative to local schools offering them an opportunity to save their money and time within their current recruitment process. We offer two different types of service which include our Flat Fee Agency Model or our Recruitment Partnership Agreement.
Fixed Margin Recruitment (Recruitment Agency Model)
We offer our schools which do not wish to enter into a longer term agreement the opportunity to save their school money on their agency spend with our Fixed Margin Recruitment service.
This service allows us to offer schools a way to have excellent staff at a reduced FIXED rate. We pride ourselves on the fact we can also the staff excellent pay rates in line with their experience. We charge our schools the same fee whether the staff member is Day to Day, Short-Term or Long-Term.
We are firm believers in quality staff should be paid in line with their experience and schools should not be overcharged for their staff.
Recruitment Partnership Agreement
We offer a variety of services within our Recruitment Partnership agreement based on how many hires we assist with.
There is zero costs to a school until a hire is made following our partnership agreement.
