What is Fixed Margin Supply?
At EECS we offer a fixed margin on all of our long term, short term & Day to Day supply placements.
At EECS we are able to do this as we are very keen to offer our staff the best pay rates possible. We are able to keep our overheads as low as possible whilst being able to offer excellent staff at low charge rates at no cost to the candidate's pay.
We are extremely passionate about finding local people the right jobs for the right pay and applying a fixed margin to all placements allows us to provide complete openness with fees.
This means whether you are employing a long term teacher on Upper pay scale 3 or a Trainee Cover Supervisor you will pay EECS exactly the same margin per day on top of the pay rate.
Is this the same for permanent appointments?
We offer a very similar solution for our permanent appointments as we do with our fixed margin supply. We offer a fixed fee % which is more than half the standard within the recruitment industry.
We believe that finding the right permanent staff for your school should not cost a huge sum of money if you are often completing the compliance and in-depth interview process internally within your school.
