At EECS we are not a “Recruitment Agency”, we are a consultancy service which offer over 10 years of experience working within the Education Recruitment World. We want to use our experience to benefit local schools and save them money in the process. We partner with our schools and are not based purely on profit. 

We have over 10 years’ experience in Education Recruitment Sector and feel the time is right for a fresh approach. We have seen first hand the vast amounts of money paid by schools to agencies and we believe that it is time to adopt a different way of working. 

We are driven by the belief that the large savings that can be made using our service can be channelled back into the education of our young people. 

We care about our local children & people and prioritise offering a recruitment model which enables schools to reinvest money back into the education and development of their young people & Staff.
