Daily Staffing Pool

We offer a completely bespoke service to our schools to specifically assist them with building their own daily staffing pools to include cover supervisors, teaching / learning support assistants or teachers dependent on their individual needs. 

We spend time with the school evaluating their needs for the following term and develop a specific staffing pool. This will include recruiting experienced staff and also training non-education based people to join the rewarding world of education.

We will offer regular training courses and CPD for your existing staff along with all staff in your pool. 

This service works two fold, offering schools a better quality of consistent cover for their pupils at a significantly reduced price, while also offering improved rates of pay for experienced staff who currently work on an agency basis within daily supply.
