We work in partnership with a number of local schools with the premise of finding the schools the right staff for their school. 

We are equally passionate about finding people their ideal jobs. 

We are also very proud to be able to offer the best pay rates available in line with scale due to our fixed margins we have with our local schools. This offers all staff the best rates possible based on their experience. We pride ourselves in making sure our staff are offered the best pay rates locally.

We spend time individually speaking to every individual to find our their ideal role and reasons for their next move. We are confident with our detailed initial discussions we can build a picture of your ideal role and point you in the right direction.

If you apply to EECS directly on our website without prior introduction by one of our partnership schools.  Any applicant we receive will be sent to all of our partnership schools (unless instructed otherwise) at exactly the same time.  We do also work alongside a number of schools within the Essex area which means we can find you, your ideal role!

As we do not make a profit on each individual person we place, we do not have any invested interest in which school you work for. We give all of our schools and direct applicants equal opportunities as to which school they wish to work for.
